eighty32 (Eighty32 Show Tech LLC) provides RF spectrum monitoring for live events. This policy covers the eighty32 RF Alerts text-message program, which notifies our production staff and authorized client/venue contacts when uncoordinated wireless interference is detected at an event.
For the SMS program we collect only the mobile phone number you provide to us, and the alert messages we send to it. We do not collect any other personal information through this program.
Your mobile number is used solely to send operational RF-interference alerts and related status messages for the event(s) you are working on. We do not use it for marketing.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or messaging data with any third parties for their own purposes. Mobile information is processed only by our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering these alert texts. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies with RF activity.
We retain your number only while you are an active recipient for current or upcoming events, and remove it on request or after you opt out.
