The FreqShow RF Alerts program sends operational, transactional text messages from Eighty32 Show Tech LLC to event production staff and authorized client and venue contacts. When our distributed spectrum monitors detect an uncoordinated or rogue wireless transmitter at a live event, the system texts the responsible on-site recipients so they can locate and resolve the interference. This is an internal operational tool. It is not marketing, and we do not send promotional content.
Only individuals directly involved in running an event receive messages:
We do not message the general public. There is no purchase, list rental, or third-party data involved.
Consent is collected per event, in person. During event onboarding, an Eighty32 staff member explains the FreqShow RF Alerts program and asks each prospective recipient whether they want to receive operational interference alerts for that event. If they agree, the staff member records the recipient's mobile number for that event with the recipient's express consent. The recipient is shown or directed to this page (https://freqshow.eighty32.com/sms-optin.html) and the program terms before any messages are sent.
By providing your mobile number to Eighty32 personnel and agreeing to receive FreqShow RF Alerts, you give express consent to receive operational alert text messages from Eighty32 Show Tech LLC at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. There is no public web sign-up form; enrollment is handled directly by Eighty32 staff for each event.
Message frequency varies and depends on RF activity during your event(s). You may receive several messages during an active event and none when there is nothing to report.
Message and data rates may apply. eighty32 does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
